r D N Parida is the mentor of Bhoomika Group of Eye Hospitals. He leads the team of eye surgeons and provides the impetus to the Bhoomika group of Eye Hospitals. He is a familiar name in the community eye care program in Odisha. He has attended several community eye care training camps by LAICO (Lions Arvind Institute of Community Ophthalmology), Madurai, and conducted an extensive study on cataracts. He took the lead in setting up Eye Hospitals in different districts in Odisha. He has been associated with Bhoomika for the last decade and has successfully extended its eye care program in 13 districts of Odisha.

 Prof. Dr Prasanna Kumar Mohanty, a renowned name in the field of ophthalmology in Odisha. Retired as Professor, Ophthalmology from SCB Medical College, Cuttack and worked as the Medical Superintendent of SUM Hospital & Medical College, Bhubaneswar. He has been associated with Bhoomika Group of Eye Hospitals since 2015.

Dr Dhaneswar Pradhan, Ophthalmologist and ex Chief District Medical Officer of Jagatsinghpur. He has been associated Bhoomika Group of Eye Hospitals since last 5 years and helps to enhance the patient flow. Also actively engage himself in Bhoomika to extend eye paramedic training to the rural girls to build a pool of eye care paramedic resource.

He completed his medical education from the prestigious institute of Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, Manipal University, followed by a residency from Utkal University. Started professional career at JPM Rotary Eye Institute and Research Center, Cuttack where he independently managed the department of Community Ophthalmology and performed numerous out-reach cataract surgeries both in the states of Odisha and Jharkhand. He is working at Bhoomika Eye Hospital since 2017, as the chief anterior segment surgeon with expertise in micro-incision phacoemulsification cataract surgery and also swiftly performing complicated cataract procedures such as glued IOLs. He has performed over 30,000 cataract surgeries at a very young age. He heads the department of Cataract and Refractive Surgeries and takes strategic and administrative decisions towards sustenance and clinical quality across the Bhoomika Group.

Dr Bhumika Rath leads the medical team of Bhoomika Group of eye Hospital conducting eye surgery on hundreds of patients every day. A dedicated medical Professional, she is engaged in the field of community ophthalmology and provides clinical training to paramedics and nursing staff.

Dr. Pratistha Rath graduated from Hitech Medical College and is pursuing PG in Ophthalmology. She brings into the medical team the energy, enthusiasm, and expertise essential for delivering on the promise of quality eye care for all. A bright student throughout her career she aspires to excel in the field of community eye care.
