She provides strategic & functional leadership to the team at Bhoomika and guides and supports the Business Partner teams in the development and implementation of appropriate human resource strategies along with policies for organizational effectiveness. Lipika has worked Previously with Citi Bank , Jindal Steel & Power Ltd & llyod Insulation Ltd in HR Department and Actively Volunteered in Art of Living and Aurovalley workshops.
